At 3T we offer soft skills and behavioural training sessions to corporates, government organizations, NGO’s, colleges and universities, and schools across India and abroad.
The duration of a particular program depends on the training needs identified, and the status quo of employees’ related knowledge, skills, and behaviour. It is generally for a full day (6-7 hours), and at times for half day (3-4 hours) as well. The MDP’s and FDP’s vary from 3, 5, to 7 days too.
The training fees depends on the industry being serviced, the level of employees in the hierarchy, the number of participants, and the duration and volume of business. Kindly contact us directly to discuss the same.

It is generally 25-30 training participants to ensure training effectiveness. A larger cohort hinders personalized interaction, active participation and takes the form of a class lecture instead of being an engaging workshop.

Soft skills, or people skills are non-technical skills which describe your ability to interact harmoniously with others. These skills involve honing your capabilities to effectively communicate, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service. By developing and refining your soft skills, you can cultivate stronger relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Our bespoke training programs are based on 70:20:10 approach and are tailored to suit the client needs. They are highly interactive and engaging which makes transfer of knowledge digestible and fun.
Individual sessions are provided for Executive Coaching and Career Counseling. Others are majorly group sessions.
Training effectiveness is evaluated through Reaction evaluation and Learning evaluation. Some HR departments of client organizations also conduct Behavioural evaluation with our inputs.
