Mr. Rajan Arora, Managing Director, 3T is an energetic and socially sensitized Master Trainer with more than 25 years of experience, who conducts lively sessions for experiential learning. He is the driving force empowering thousands of individuals across educational institutions (schools, colleges, and universities), corporates, professional associations, and government institutions. He is a Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training & Mission 10X of Wipro. He has to his credit two books on ‘Human Engineering’ which offer concepts, techniques, and mantras for readers who wish to move from ‘ordinary to extraordinary’ realm. He is empanelled Trainer for Oxford University Press since May 2012.
Mr. Arora has conducted over 450 corporate training, 400 workshops for students, around 300 sessions for teachers and 75 sessions for parents, and impactful interventions for principals and administrators of reputed schools. He is known across Rajasthan, Haryana, NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, West Bengal, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra for his interactive, activity-based, and lively training programs, showcasing expertise on on motivation, leadership, marketing, negotiation skills, and effective communication, teambuilding, managerial effectiveness, and ethical conflict resolution for professionals in various industries.
