Dr. Veena K. Arora, Co-Founder & Director, 3T (Triumph Through Training Pvt Ltd) is an acclaimed soft skills and behavioral Trainer with 27 plus years of experience. She is elected as a National Council Member of Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi, for the period of 2024-26. She has been awarded the International Women Entrepreneur Award, 2024 in the category of Learning and Development Consultancy by Great Companies, and also one of Top 150 SME Women Entrepreneurs, 2019; the “Best Trainer Award 2017” by Indian Society for Training & Development, and “Learning & Development Champion” in Women Achiever’s Awards by Business Rankers, 2017. She is a British Council-validated Trainer to lead and deliver Core Skills training interventions to master trainers, trainers and leaders. Additionally, she is MEPSC certified Trainer of Trainers (2021-23); and Nation Building Trainer certified by Bosch Ltd. She continued her pursuit of learning through a Course from University of California, Davis on Executive Coaching, 2020; and Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence to reinforce her understanding of the same. Her qualifications include BA (Hons), MBA, Ph.D, and UGC NET.
She is the driving force behind all customised training programs offered by 3T, empowering thousands of individuals across corporates, educational institutions (universities and colleges), professional associations, and government institutions. Her extensive experience can be attributed to dealing with individuals and organisations with diverse demographics and geographies, as she is widely travelled in India and abroad.
